This team-building event kicked off with the launch of the "Two-Person Teams: Moving Forward Together" card game tournament. Each department formed its own teams, dividing into seventeen groups that competed against each other in a single-round elimination format, split into upper and lower brackets. The players demonstrated both strategic prowess and courageous determination, fully showcasing their spirit of cooperation and competitive drive. After five rounds of intense competition, Yu Juntao & You Ruizhao from the Engineering Design Research Institute and Xu Xinjun & Zhou Fei emerged as the champion and runner-up, respectively. Yao Jian & Li Yuhong from the General Contracting Department, along with Liu Lushan & Zhao Dongyan, representing the Engineering Design Research Institute, jointly secured third place.

At the barbecue welcome party, all employees of Zhongji Yiyuan and their family representatives gathered together, enjoying fine wines and lively conversations as they savored delicious roasted whole lamb. They shared stories and amusing anecdotes, filling the air with laughter and warmth. The subsequent fireworks display and bonfire晚会 further elevated this joyful and harmonious atmosphere to a thrilling climax.

The next day, in the indoor team-building training area, everyone was randomly divided into six teams and fully immersed themselves in the competitive projects. The land-based curling game was thrilling and full of suspense, with spectacular winning shots appearing one after another. Meanwhile, the various mini-games in the Monopoly-style project were colorful and brimming with fun and wit. With all team members giving their utmost effort, Team No. 3, “Ah Dui Dui Dui,” ultimately emerged as the champion.

After the intense battle, the slightly weary friends either soaked in hot springs or gathered around a hearth to brew tea, chatting casually about everyday life and easing their fatigue. Amidst the snowflakes fluttering across the mountains, they found a rare moment of tranquility.
