As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches in midsummer, the fragrant aroma of mugwort leaves fills the air once again. To celebrate and promote China's outstanding traditional culture, Zhongji Yiyuan successfully hosted a vibrant festival-themed team-building event titled "Savoring Zongzi, Hammering Out Well-being" at 2:30 p.m. on May 29th, held in the office building's exhibition hall. Employees representing various departments enthusiastically joined in, all dressed uniformly in specially designed cultural shirts, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and cheerful chatter throughout the event.

At the start of the activity, everyone eagerly rolled up their sleeves to craft their very own DIY moxa pestle for health and wellness. Moxa symbolizes驱邪纳福 (warding off evil and welcoming good fortune), while the pestle represents健康活力 (health and vitality). Each employee carefully selected materials and personally crafted their own "health-enhancing tool." After completing their creations, they naturally took turns showing them off to one another, gently tapping their shoulders and necks to relax both body and mind. At the same time, they shared little tips and tricks from their daily work and life. The entire conference room was filled with a warm, joyful atmosphere, mingled with the soothing aroma of fragrant medicinal herbs.

Immediately following was the exciting and interactive game session, where three thoughtfully designed games not only tested participants' reflexes and teamwork skills but also helped colleagues bond and strengthen their friendships through shared laughter.

 Game 1: Reaction Speed Challenge 
     
Contestants jump into the corresponding numbered squares according to the host's commands—any hesitation or incorrect movement results in elimination. The game unfolds at a fast-paced pace, and the ultimate winner earns enthusiastic applause from the entire audience. 
     
Game Two: Point East, Go West 
     
Also a head-to-head competition between two teams, where players must perform the opposite action immediately after the host gives a signal. It seems simple, yet it truly tests concentration and quick reflexes—making it hard to predict the winner and utterly hilarious in the process. 
     
Game Three: Race for the "Zong" King 
     
Two teams, each with six members, engaged in an intense competition. At the host's command, they swiftly dashed toward the center of the field to grab the target object. The scene was both thrilling and comical, as applause and cheers erupted continuously from the audience seats. 

This Dragon Boat Festival team-building activity not only allowed everyone to immerse themselves in the rich atmosphere of the traditional holiday but also strengthened communication and collaboration skills among team members through fun and lighthearted games. By engaging in hands-on activities, interactive competitions, and collective participation, the event further enhanced employees' sense of belonging and overall happiness.
